 So much fun with this birthday girl! From grocery shopping for a #4 to her party with Rapunzel and other guests to hanging out in the afternoon playing with lots of fun new toys! At one point she climbed into this giant gift bag and said "Look, Nana!"  Bo is crawling all over and babbling up a storm - so much fun!

The girls left around 8 AM Sunday morning and we went to early service - busy week ahead - thankful for the sweet memories made with these two!

Such a fun day with these two while Uncle Dale fished.....breakfast on the deck, Book Company, Flea Market, McKays, CFA, and hiking at Pigeon Mtn. and then Sunset Rock at night!

I had to work all day Friday to wrap up the Clay Shoot but we got to play with the girls at night! We hiked a bit from Signal Point, tried out a new BBQ place on Signal and then went to the Mtn. Opry! Fun, fun night!

We stopped by the permanent memorial site on Lee Hwy tonight - it's just perfect! So beautiful and so sad!  They got it up so quickly.  Still so hard to believe this terror happened here.

We had our Welcome Back party for YL leaders at the Fairyland Club high atop Lookout Mtn. So good to see everyone!  Love this pic of Odysseus and Jewel!  I love this YL family of mine!

We had a great time volunteering at the Habitat Mud Run! Fun to see Sherri and her friend Belinda come through the course!  Can't wait to see Sherri in her Habitat house this coming winter!  It's been a long road with a few detours but she's stuck with it!  Our friend, Laura, from small group also ran!

Well, I ALMOST avoided the temptation of the Skittles .....but not quite.....me alone in the office plus a bowlful of Skittles is a dangerous combination!

How in the world do I pick just one POD after an amazing afternoon with Claire......at her lovely farm, at a peach orchard owned by two sweet souls, and then the Blue Hole in Soddy,  just floating on our backs looking up at that clear blue sky and sunning ourselves on rock shelves? It was perfect!  So many butterflies!  Delicious peaches! Low humidity!  Great conversation! Perfect!  

I do love the picture above of the butterfly on the milkweed plant at the Blue Hole!  And here's a few more of my top top favorites from a day that will live on in my memory as a very good day!
