Melissa and I chose tea first at Wildflower before we went to the Passageways - this sweet little plaque is from my Julie friend for my birthday!

SO good to be home today and to be able to leave work a little early so I could get groceries, actually cook a meal, and have time for a beauty break in my yard!  The sad news is that there's heavy smoke all over Chatt from the wildfires on the mountains. Everywhere you go it smells like you've been hanging out at a campfire.  WE NEED RAIN so badly! Hasn't really rained since March!

The best road trip buddy ever! We are very compatible which is good considering how many hours we spend in the car together :-)  Sweet weekend in LA and traveling mercies home! Grateful!

Beautiful walk along a bayou or a lake depending on who you to talk to :-)  This Magnolia was Magnificent and looked more like a live Oak than a Magnolia!  Lots of college football, some antiquing (I found a Flexible Flyer sled!!) and great food!

My sweet new friend foofing away all by herself!  She's the best!  After work we loaded up the Rav4 and headed for beautiful Louisiana to see Dan & Bre for the weekend!

Here's a pretty Fall picture for the POD but the BIG story today is that Rocky Dutton & Worth Harper decided today would be a great day to be born!!!!  They are in the NICU and their sweet mama is healing from a C Section ~ God is Good!  We are going to meet them tomorrow!!!
