Day 104

It's been so fun being team parents to the Soddy YL team this past year! Monday night was our "Last Supper" for the year and we feasted!  So great to meet the two newest members, Abby & Hannah!  It gets soooo noisy around that dining room table - love it!  After dinner they retire to the living room for their team meeting while we clean up. I love listening to their prayers, laughter, testimonies.....it is a very good use of a house........

Day 103

Today the house was full of framily - so much laughter & love!

Day 102

I had the best day ever following my nose around beautiful Chattanooga all by myself!  These tulips were in front of the Fireman Statue on Georgia - love the pansies planted under them!  A man at church told me today that tulips do well if they have at least 40 days of cold temps during the winter - this explains why they do so much better up North.  So there's a blessing from our colder than normal winter this year!  The Courthouse was also lined with them - so pretty!  So my Chatt day included Crabtree Farms, the Mural project on McCallie, the Fortwood area,  the Courthouse, and the 4 Bridges Art Festival. The Nikon and I were sooooo happy!!

Day 101

Such a fun party fundraiser at Hope tonight! Loved every single minute of it! And so fun that Megan was part of it!  Paul & his staff did a great job of sharing the ministry with their guests!

Of all the pictures I took yesterday, including the ones at my favorite nursery, I love love love this one! It almost looks like a painting to me. It's so simple and clear and red, white and blue.  I think the Barn got a fresh coat of red paint recently.  Had so much fun shopping there yesterday! And I found a sign of what D.A. always says and tells other young married guys :-)

Found this cute little sign for only $3.99 in the new gift section of The Barn.  Put it over my new Sunpatiens and garden gloves for a photo opp.  I may need an intervention.....I love that store!

Day 98

It is the prettiest time of the year to live on Claremont!  Dogwoods and Redbuds line the drive up the hill and I can barely keep Charis between the ditches!
