It's that time of year again! Cow Appreciation Eve!  In other news it is midsummer and it is wonderful!

I really love our Sunday night fishing dates on the beautiful TN River!

Day 191

Glorious rain last night albeit accompanied by a storm which brought down a big branch in the backyard.  It broke off right where the Red Bellied Woodpecker had mad his hole this Spring!  After coffee on the deck and eggs for breakfast we got to work.....weeding, mulching, and cutting up the branch!  Really great productive day!  We are loving our weekend at home together!  At night we brought Corey his treat and gift for his 16th birthday and then went to look at more kayaks!

Tabitha's sweet gift continues to bless the GTCA ~ so fun to surround it with different flowers from the Court!

It's only taken me 14 years to get a decent stand of Shasta Daisies :-) I guess the 14th time's the charm here on Rocky Top!

Found this for A & B for their first Christmas at Kingwood's going out of business sale!
 In other news one of our chicks came back to roost for a night ~ love Tiffany and her crazy, sweet heart!
