It was fun to surprise my friend Mary Lauren by showing up unexpectedly at her Black History Month choral concert tonight! I had made plans to go out for dinner with my sweet Lexi friend and she was fine with going to the concert first. Another friend, Bailey, joined us to support this amazing, young music teacher!
I found some old sheet music at The Book Company this afternoon and wrapped it around a small bouquet of flowers for ML:-)
ML's mom came from Murfreesboro!
The kids did an outstanding job! What a ton of work it must have been getting them ready for tonight's performance. The place was packed out! The singing and dancing was A-dorable!!!
