Q.U.E.S.T. (Quality Encounters and Sometimes Training) is the name of the leader training program for future Young Life leaders. Every spring the students who have gone through Quest since the beginning of the school year "graduate" the program to become YL leaders and join existing teams. It's always a great night but it was especially fun this year as it was held at Clumpies, the premier ice cream spot in Chattanooga!
The new leaders met earlier at the office and were transported in the YL Limo aka our big white van. The red carpet aka a large red piece of material was laid out from the curbside to the door of Clumpies. Several members of the paparazzi aka committee members and assorted others flashed their picture as they disembarked from the van and entered the tunnel of welcome formed by our current leaders! It was announced which teams the new leaders were assigned to amid much cheering and clapping.
We placed several new leaders this year! Chattanooga Young Life has never been stronger in terms of staff and leadership! Thank you, Lord, for this ministry!!
