Fun surprise to see our dogwood blooming when we came home last night! I picked a few branches and put them in a vase - might have been a really good idea since we've had thunderstorms all day including hail!
Last night when I was debeaching and perusing shell quotes by Anne Morrow Lindbergh I found this neat one she wrote about dogwoods.....
"After all, I don't see why I am always asking for private, individual, selfish miracles when every year there are miracles like white dogwood." (And pink!)
